THE OUTREACH PROCESS
Our process was designed to make this a conversation between NEEA and the region. Through a variety of activities, this conversation will help NEEA gather input from a diverse set of stakeholders, including utilities and governments, to advocacy groups and beyond. After listening to our stakeholders via multiple channels including our survey, workshops, and online discussion forums, we will then post a draft of the NEEA Strategic Plan. After gathering further input, we will post the final plan and communicate this to our stakeholders. Lastly, we will embark on drafting our 2010-2014 Business Plan.
